Showing self confidence can be considered one of the leading steps towards actually being more self confident. Self confidence can drastically change many aspects of peoples lives and can even potentially alter their perception of the world around them--affecting everything from school to work and from dating to friendships. Dressing
- One of the greatest tricks for improving self-confidence for some people is their manner of dress. The idea is based on trying to feel on the inside how you look on the outside. If you are comfortable in what youre wearing, then you will tend to show this comfort by acting more relaxedwhich breeds confidence. As clothes often dictate other peoples first impression, it can change the manner in which people treat you.
